P1413 Code
I posted this on LRO and all I heard was crickets???
I have been getting a P1413 SAI code that keeps popping up, it will stay on for a week or so then go off and couple days later come back on. I just replaced the heater plate gasket and one of the hoses to the SAI control valve was really loose so I made all was tight and still throwing the code. I have searched and read the few posts that were related and one of the solutions was to take off and clean the SAI valve which brings to my question; What do you clean/rinse the valve out with? Will a carb cleaner be ok or?? any help?

Concerning your 1413 Code, I just experienced that same error and my local Indy mechanic replaced the secondary air solenoid using a BMW part number, said it was cheaper cost only $20 dollars. Part number YDJ100000. Hope this helps out.
