P1415 P1141 P1147 (2004 Land Rover Discovery SE)
Hello all,
I am getting these codes consistently after clearing them multiple times:
* P1415
* P1141
* P1147
I have replaced both O2 sensors with Bosch O2 sensors from Advance Auto Parts so far. What do you think?

The 1415 is the SAI system trying to self test and not liking the results. For the others check your connectors to be sure clean, not full of gunk, tightly connected, no bent electrical prongs in connectors, etc.

Thanks Buzz, you were right. A small hose on the side of the SAI system had come loose. I plugged it back in, cleared the code and everything was running fine, until...
Check Engine light came on with a couple of codes, but can't remember what they were at the moment. I cleared them out, but will get back to you with the codes if they return.
Question: I saw from another post that it might be the purge valve and ordered an OEM one before seeing your response. Think that will help or should I return it? When should you replace the purge valve?

Well these codes keep coming back, and I can smell coolant. Maybe I should take some pics and post them also? Here are the codes:

Read on another forum for Range Rovers that the issue is likely the MAF, so I ordered one from Amazon (for a great price by the way). Going to swap that out this weekend, clear codes, and report back.
I had the same issue a while back, chased these codes replaced a bunch of stuff including maf. It was ultimately injector orings causing my lean codes. Use brake kleen with a straw on the end and spray directly at your injectors while its running. You can get to 1,3,2,4 without removing anything and that's how I figured out it was the problem. Everytime I hit them it would nearly stall out and I could see the suction draw the mist straight in there. Also spray around your valley pan just to make sure it isn't that as well, that may explain why you smell coolant. Oring replacement was easy and codes have been gone since, try this before buying maf, its much more inexpensive.
Will definitely pick up some Brake Kleen on the way home from work today, thanks for the tip.

Oh, I'm assuming you mean Injector O-rings, these little guys http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/ERR7309G.cfm
Those are the ones, they seat the injectors into there ports. Mine were so worn the injectors could freely move around. If these are the problem you need to take off the upper intake, unbolt the fuel rail and lift the whole rail with injectors attached out enough to replace them. It can remain connected to fuel source there is plenty of play, just unplug the wiring from each injector. I used an exacto to cut the old ones off. Be very deliberate with your aim while spraying the brake kleen otherwise you'll never know if it is these for sure. It could be your upper intake gasket, valley pan gasket or any other point after your maf which is letting in unmetered air. So hit everything along the way and pay close attention. If it is your valley pan then you'll have to drain your coolant and remove the lower intake manifold in addition. Good luck. It took me almost 2 hours first time to get to the valley pan never having done it before. After going in and out of there several times chasing these codes I got it down to about 20 minutes so block off some time the first go around.
