Default part name and torque spec

Following up on a noise under my 95 Discovery, and found that two connectors (one each on LH and RH sides) between the body and frame where I can rotate the bushings on both, but one I can move side to side at the top where the bracket is meant to pivot fore and aft.

Do I need to re-torqued? How tight?

Thanks.

It actually looks like a body mount. If these trucks are the same as others, you DO NOT want these loose. These are what holds the body to the frame.

Is there a tightening method or torque spec for these?

One big wrench and a socket, tightening them pretty dam tight is a must.

Thank you. Is it okay to make them tight well past the point that the bushings start to bulge?

Don't go getting too crazy, shear a bolt and you will have even more questions.
