When I bought my D2, it came with all the parts to add jump seats, but I never installed them, couldn't sell em, so I scrapped em. Color didn't match anyway. There were A TON of parts, nuts and bolts in addition to the 4 large plastic trim pieces and seats. I'd say 80+ parts total. Going to need to either find an experienced seller selling the kit, or be very patient with the parts diagrams

 

My wife wants them in the worst way since we usually haul 3-5 kids plus other family members. I removed the rear mat and csrpet... the latches that the seats connect too werent on my floor. Meaning for them to work and latch, I would have to cut out the latches from another rover and then add them to my floor.

Since I sell jumpseats there have been many issues with people buying them only to be in over their head because their rover wasnt made for them.

I seriously contemplated doing this at one point, and bought seats, hardware, trim, etc. The more I looked into it, though, the less enthused I became. It’s probably cruel and unusual punishment to ask anyone to sit in such cramped conditions, and as someone mentioned, a rear-ender would likely be fatal. And unless you make provisions to route A/C to the back, it will be like sitting in an oven.

To each his own, though - good luck if you try it. I gave away all the pieces/parts some time ago or I’d have let you have them.
