Is Steve the newer guy that works the phones? Sounds younger?

He's been super helpful the past 3-4 times I've called.

L8 is my go to for any new LR parts. They've taken really good care of me on multiple occasions and I try to do the same in return.

 

Yeah he does sound a bit younger, he is a good dude.

I now mainly handle the commercial side of things and have been training Steve to take over the personal accounts, so I'm glad to see he is doing ok.

I'd peg Steve at mid 20s just by voice. Weight makes a difference in voice though. The heavier a person is the higher their voice is, at least in relation to their lighter self.

Definitely like Steve! Very personable guy over the phone.
