Passenger Mirror Troubleshooting
Hey everyone — recently my passenger side mirror has become non-operational. From inside the cabin, I can hear the motor humming when I use the mirror controls, but the glass isn't moving. Awhile back a cyclist hit my mirror, and I'm wondering if perhaps the glass has become dislodged from something internally?
RAVE has instructions to take off the entire mirror housing, but nothing more specific than that. Any thoughts on how to best troubleshoot the issue? Thanks in advance!!

The glass just pops right off the motor. It's scary, but easy. Get a couple fingers behind a corner and pull lightly. You should be able to work it off the motor in a couple pops.

I have had to replace my mirrors a couple of time from branches hitting them when off-roading. Be careful to gently pop out the mirror and not break the plastic retainer..... see 1:45 minute in the first video:
