Default passenger side mirror has power but will not...

I have taken a separate 12v power supply, hooked it up tested the mirror, the mirror goes up and down etc. I check the factory plug, 14 volts (vehicle running) i test the mirror adjuster switch, signal goes there, volt tester lights up on pins. I plug it in and it the mirror does not work? Anyone have a similiar issue? Is this a possible BCU issue? a ground somewhere? I'm kinda confused lol. Drivers mirror works perfect? Is it possible to program the landrover to have one mirror work and not the other. (i heard you can do that to the sunroofs?)

Thanks for any guidance.

If it moves, I'd check the plug for bad continuity. You also might not have enough voltage there, check and make sure it's 12v and not just a test light.
