Default PCV mod done today

Did the PCV modification today... replaced the stock oil separator and plastic fitting last week. I installed it backwards, I think. But what was bothering me is that it was hard to blow thru the tube w/ separator before I put it in the valve cover. I think I got the spiral thing stuck in crooked?

So, this would be the first ever non stock modification to this Rover, which is fun.

I ***swear*** that the truck idles smoother now... is that actually possible?

When does this ever happen and the tube just falls out and sticks to the hose, not the valve cover?!? I guess a week after you had it out...

Glad you didn’t do what I did and put the plastic part back in and push 3 quarts of oil out of one valve cover gasket

Entirely posssible it is idling smoother, factory system causes excessive crankcase pressure.
