I got their FV308 equivalent Auto Zone was PCV1147DL & Oreilly's was PCV308.

Done completed mod
I left the hose and the clamp on the old one and put pliers on that and twisted and pulled up gently from the hose that went slick.
plastic piece in the intake was all chewed up looks almost new that took longer to take out and the threads inside all messed up :-(
but all in and one thing less to do

How can something be all chewed up but also look almost new?
If the threads were messed up, did you have any difficulty installing the new PCV?

I do believe the heads where redone but have no proof other than I can see the valcover gaskets have been replaced and the bolts in areas have marks on them from where it has been taken apart. And it looks like that plastic nipple looked so clean other than where they used pliers or vice grips to put it on and the threads looks like the used a screw driver or something to get it out....
and yeah it took a bit to get it to thread in nice and clean :-(
