Default Pic Request: 2" lift with 255/70/18 tires

Hey all! About to add a 2" lift and waffling on tire sizes. I'm pretty set on 255/70/18s for the stock hurricanes, but wanted to see if anyone has some photos to share before finalizing the purchase. I kind of like the old-school narrower look like some of the old D1/Defender/Series employed. Appresh!

I had that tire size on my 99 D2 for a while with a 1inch lift, I'll have to dig thru some folders to see if I can find any pictures.

These were the 18's with the 255/70R18 tires I got off a buddy with a Sahara JKU that he no longer had. This was an 02 Westminster I sold, but it had a 2inch OME lift on it.

Oh awesome! Recommend that set up? Or would you have done something different?

I liked that tire size on a 2inch lift.

A little taller than your requested setup but I run 255/85/16 on a TF 2" MD lift

This is with the TF 2” medium lift and 255/70r18. The offset of the defender steelies is a little more then the hurricanes. Tempted to try and go 265/70r18. But the 255/70r18 is a great fit.

That's a really clean sharp look.
