It didn't get THAT bad in Baltimore very often but was one of reasons I'm in San Francisco right now.

Thats one of the reasons I LOVE MI, we have it all weather wise, tornados, blizzards, drought, high humitiy, sand, sun, forests, floods, we are surrounded by lakes that look like the ocean and best of all WE HAVE ALL THE FRESH DRINKING WATER that the rest of the country wants but cannot get.
I have been to L.A. but have not been to San Francisco, yet.

What I miss most about living back east weather-wise are the great thunder storms during the Fall. There was the occasional tornado from the left overs of the hurricane's down in the Gulf. Out here in SF it just rains a lot without the thunder and lightning.
