Default Pleasantly surprising roadtrip...

Just got back from a week long road trip out to southern Utah, hit Zion, Grand Escalante, and Monument valley. Camped for 4 days on a 1200 acre ranch just across the road from the west edge of Zion. Did some decent off roading on a side trip to Toqervuille Falls swimming hole. All in 105+ heat, including Vegas at 117 degrees.

The D2 performed very well and is more than capable without a lift or big tires. Has a BLAST. Thank god I'm up to date on my major services and did my entire cooling system last year. It paid off in spades!

Very nice. We have a hot weather road trip planned in a few weeks. My D2's cooling system is new and I just put a hot weather thremostat in it.

Did a few winter road trips and saw 0'F a few times. The D2 was great and having a heated windshield was awesome.

Great pictures and report! Thought at first that that was a rag hanging out of your fuel tank filler...and you were thinking of lighting her up.
