Default Please Help

So here it is guys, please help!!!
I just had the head gaskets and front gaskets replaced, all for 02 sensors, and the mass air flow sensor. But yet I cant pass Emmisions inspection. I do have my service engine soon light on so I had no other choice but to take it to the dealer. They have tested the o2 sensors and those are working properly, they have checked the wiring, and that is all ok. They even swapped out the new ecm to see if that was the problem. Well the light came back on, so its not that. Being not those three things, what else can they check. They have stated that a field rep had been called and was familiar with the problem, he told the person at the dealership what to look for as that was the usual problem, but that harness was in working order. The dealership doesnt know now which way to go. Please if anyone has any ideas please pass along, this has now been 2month ordeal and I miss my LandRover!!!!!

We really need to know what they say the codes are.
Did they replace the spark plugs are wires when they did the head gaskets?
If so what brand of plug wires did they use?
How about brand of spark plugs?
Who did the work?
You do not need the dealer to clear your check engine light or read the codes.
