Default Plugs and Wires

Need to do some maint. on my 04 SE7 with 64k, what are the benefits of using the Magnacor wires and the Platinum plus 4 plugs?

You get a better burn which translates to less carbon deposits and better mileage.

Iridium plugs need less power. Iridium plugs also get you more MPG than platnium. They last longer too.
No experiance with those wires though. Will try them next time. But I would bet the farm on the plugs.

After 65,000 miles I switched from the Magnacor wires and Plus 4 plugs, which was a good combination for me, and went to the Bosch Fusion to see if they really made a difference.
As far as I can tell they did, raised my highway mileage by nearly 2 MPG.

Loved the Magnacor wires. Hated the install, but the car idles much better. Of course one boot was cracked which probablycaused mymoisture sensitive occasional misfire

I think he only switched to the fusions fairly recently. The plus 4's have withstood the test of time though and have been proven fairly well to work good.

The Fusions are pretty expensive and I am just wanting to see how well they hold up before I push them alot.
