Possible Lug Stud Head Damage

Possible Lug Stud Head Damage
So the short version is that my brother-in-law was helping remove old rotors that were stuck on my 2004 DII and hit the lug studs in the process. They don't look too damaged, but the lug nuts won't fit on now. It's three studs total (one front right, two back right).
Is there a way a shop can re-thread them or even them out? I'd hate to have to buy new lug studs because of this, but at the moment that's what I fear is going to happen.
Otherwise, the hubs sound fine. No squeaking or squealing. Another reason I don't want to replace two entire hubs.

They don't seem to be bent to one side. If you look at them straight on the tip is smooshed down on one side. I'm not exactly sure if it's the stud or the lug nut.
If it's an easy fix I'll take it to a local LR repair shop. I trust him to fix the stud and I'm sure he has a shoebox full of lugnuts if it's those that are the problem.
Thanka for the advise. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a hub replacement before I tried to fix it.
