We dont really know, DiscoMike and I have talked on the phone several times over several months trying to get the "roaming with friends" section up as well as a "tech" section.
He has been in contact with the admin several times but only gets a response have the time, the guy wont talk to him on the phone, nothing.
Its like pulling teeth, but we do know that the guy owns several forums ("xxxx forums" and he owns it), but that he sold all of his forums in the last months and he is just a paid admin now.
But he still does not care about the forum(s) so much as long as he gets paid.

But these "sticky" ads work on activity, nobody actually watches them, but it is through cookies, so you click on it and then they see that somebody is looking at the ad, so keep it up for another day, nobody clicks on it and it will go away.
Mike can delete threads, move threads, almost anything he wants to do he can, but these sticky ads he cannot move or delete so the best that we can do is not click on them.
I am all for banner ads, if this site was not free I would not be here, I dont need the forum, but it is fun to make "friends" and help people.
