my 2003 disco

1) i lost one power seat 40A fuse, i need to buy one, cannot find it in any store.

i phoned land rover, they said $20 CAD each, is that true?

also, i lost the one on passenger seat, when my husband get the one from driver seat and try it in passenger seat, that one also broke, does it mean there is any electric problem with the passenger seat?

2) i also have another lights problem. when i turn the signal light, and pressing brake at the same time, my emergency lights will be on automatically(although i cannot hear from front). anyone have the diagram for the lighting system?

Any autoparts store carries them. I bought a 6 pack of 15a ($2.99), and a 5 pack of 40a ($4.99)ones last week. My passenger seat 40a one blew also. Changed it, all's good ;-)

Not sure about your other issues, but has your vehicle been in any deep water (over 20" or so) recently?

Nothing worse than chasing an electrical gremlin. Good luck man.

you know everything is overpriced in Canada. i called a local autoparts store, they said maybe $3 each, i will go there and show them the one i have.

I know the exchange ratre is bad , but whoah! $20 Canadian for a fuse...

If by broke you mean it blew, you have an electircal problem. Look all over the wires to make sure they aren't pinched somewhere.

Check your fuse box for any other blown fuses. Sounds like you have some major wires crossed....I don't have a diagram, but you might find one on the Rave CD. I haven't shecked for an 03....

there are a lot on E-bay for around $10 US. rover-renovations.com sends them out for free, but not sure about Canada. search their site and see. It takes a while to get to you because they only send them out every Thursday.

Hello, About your electrical problem.....I noticed you were refered to the Rave-CD and had ordered a copy. First off the CD should be free....andyou can also download the file for the entire manual absolutely free !!!
