Power Steering Bleed

Hey guys is there any special process for bleeding the power steering pump. I put a new one on (LR) and its whining pretty terribly. I followed the instructions in the rave but it still whines. I read through the sticky's and a few posts but couldn't find anything specific. Should I bleed it for any particular length of time? How open should the bleed screw be, does it matter?
As always any help is appreciated.

I recently did a power steering overhaul on my truck. Bought a new pump, new reservoir, 2 new hoses, new serp belt and even bought some LR cold climate PS fluid. Atlantic British does occasionally post useful DIY videos and just by chance they happened to make one on the process of replacing the PS pump, hoses and how to bleed the system. I must say the bleeding aspect was the easiest part, i thought it would have been a more involved process but it turned out to be a one person job and only takes a couple minutes. I just followed the guys instructions step by step and had no issues with my setup. Watch the entire video or fast forward to 32:14 to learn how to bleed the system:

thanks guys sorry for the late response, been help up at work. I followed the video and it still making the whining sound. it only happens when the truck is warm and been running at highway rpms I am assuming when the pump heats up? its not leaking and everything is tight, I guess I just got a bad pump so I am taking this back to LR and getting a new one. will post back if I have any further issues but I appreciate the help as always.
