Problem with my heated seats

Switches connected, heated seat light on, no heat in either!
HELP!
I did exactly the same thing. Purchased my item 2004 heated seat switches and plate from British Atlantic, hooked everything up to perfection and even though the switch light lights, no heat in either seat.
The fuse that controls the heat is the same as the cigar lighter and done lights which work perfectly.
Any idea what it could be?
