Ok I finally pulled the code from the Rover, 114 so electrical failure. I swapped out the switches and replaced the seals with falcon works little kit 8 months ago.
The day the codes came back on was extremely hot and was traversing the desert out in southern cali.
Any thoughts?

No I foolishly placed a little faith in Land Rovers engineers and went ahead and kept it stock. Looks like I'll be swapping out the switches again and doing the bypass this time.
