Default PS Leak, but it looks like it is holding at Max Level?

It appears I have a slow PS leak coming from the bottom of the PAS Pump and I wanted to add some Lucas stop leak to see if that will help, but it even though there is a small puddle on the ground, the fluid level on the fill tank is still at Max? Does this mean it is full or just there is possibly air in the system and needs to be bled?

In addition, does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to do a power steering flush?

Read the bottle of Lucas, it is for internal leaks not external ones.
Go on line and order a bottle of White Shepherd p/s stop leak and follow their direction, the stuff works well on seal leaks.

No seal sweller will swell a cellophane gasket. You need a new pump or to reseal your pump.

I just ordered a replacement PAS pump for mine. The lowest price I found was from Rock Auto for ~$175 + $50 core. It arrived in 2 days, no issues.
