Default Pulled codes on Disco II..now what?!

Hey guys, so finally got around to checking the codes on my '03 Disco II using my Nanocom Evo. Got the truck a couple months ago with it being a deal I honestly couldn't pass up, and per the previous owner, he'd done the following: Tires, battery, water pump, alternator, power steering pump, power steering hose, radiator, spark plugs/wires, fuel injectors, 02 sensors, and Transmission. The truck has roughly 245,000 miles and idles and runs good though while accelerating it does feel like there's a slight lack of power. And ofcourse, she's plagued by the wonderful "3 amigos". The codes that I retrieved are:
- Shuttle valve switch electrical fail, 11 times (self explanatory)
- P0327 Knock sensor fault bank 1, drive cycle B
- P1000 Engine thermostat defective, fault determined as persistent
- P0440 Evap control system
- P0159 LAMBDA sensor aging down stream bank 2

Just a disclaimer this is my first LR and im at a "newbie/intermediate" level when it comes to working on my cars, but definitely would like to do as much work myself as possible to cut down on cost. Any suggestions on the codes I received and pointing me in the right direction with repairs would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advice!

Start with the stickies at the top of the D2 forum. Reading a lot is the best way to begin to understand the issues that are causing these codes.
There's one sticky on the inline thermostat mod (do this right away) and another with all of the other mods and repairs you should investigate. Look into Option B for your three amigos. Do the PCV mod and replace some of the other components of the evaporative system as recommended in the sticky.
Lambda sensor is your O2 sensor, so that is a straightforward replacement.

The only thing unusual here is the knock sensor fault.
