Don't know if someone else previously tried to remove it but I struggled for an hour with some radio keys, even Alpine and Kenwood which should work. Went to Best Buy and they could not pull it, finally the guys at Circuit City got it loose after a half hour or more of fussing with different keys,even Mercedes and BMW keys!

All I can say is from the look of the radio keys it should be easy, the latches just need to be depressed and the radio should remove but you would never know it from what we went through.

Popped in my new Alpine 9883 just to try it and it works fine, tomorrow I hook up the HD and Sirius interfaces and the CD changer.
