I called Rte and confirmed my idea, if I go with a 2", I can still have a full flex suspension by using the rear Watts linkage. As ak referred to, the radius arms and panhard bar are needed only to correct the caster and recenter the front axle with a 3" lift. Its not needed with a 2". However the factory rear Watts linkage binds as you articulate with longer shocks, so the Rte Watts linkage can be used to allow full flex.

So I ordered basically a full flex 2", complete with HD springs, n73, n25 +3 shocks, spring retainers, articulation cones, abs extensions, brake lines, and Watts linkage. The bad news is they wont have all the parts to ship for a week or two. But it should be worth the wait.

I raised my Discovery 2.5. "Even the bumper has high enough, when I walk through a hole I hear a noise as if hitting the end of the course. I checked the suspension travel and the shock is appropriate. What can be??
