On a 2000 Discovery II there are a pair of little upright plastic pegs that stick off the sides of the radiator that fit into a little bracket that bolts onto the rear of the radiator core support. Those little plastic upright pegs appear to be a part of a larger plastic side cover on the radiator. Are those plastic side panels with the upright pegs available separately from the radiator?

 

Separate part and available separately, 99-02 and 03-04 are different though in case you were looking for used ones.
