I search and search and can't really fine answer. I have replace with Silla 7868A (2 Rows core) and I don't think it's cooling property. I have an yellowish thermostat installed and waiting for my grey one to arrive. My question is. Are there any other types of radiators out there?

 

A double row is it. Don't forget that a double-row aluminum has way more surface area than a 3 row copper. If you are running too hot you likely still have a 190 thermostat in your truck. Switch it to the grey 180, bleed it properly then see how it does. I'm assuming you checked your fan clutch and it is fine.
