I'm installing the GROM iPod adapter but it seems I can't get the radio pulled. Using JMT's write-up as a guide, my puller tools are slightly different, but were purchased from AB. I never feel any resistance while inserting the pullers (with hooks facing outwards) and they don't seem to catch anything either. Is there something I'm missing here? The RAVE manual has been looked at too but didn't offer much help.

 

Nevermind, I got it. I just had to feel around a little more and use a couple screwdrivers in the ends of the pullers. You have to pull harder that I was expecting.
