Default Random thumping noise??

Hey guys,

I’ve recently started to get a random thumping from the rear of my disco. When I first drive it, nothing. Once she warms up thump thump thump at around 45mph. At first I thought maybe I threw a wheel weight, but had the tires balanced and still have the same. Starts off driving fine, nice and smooth, then once she warms up it starts again. I came home today and I think I narrowed it down the the rear passenger wheel. A lot of heat radiating from that wheel and a lot of brake dust on the wheel. Any ideas what it could be? Could the rotor be warped? Doesn’t make sense to me why it would drive fine and then randomly start vibrating/thumping.
