Well, I've only had my Disco 2 for a week or so, so this may be a dumb question, but.....

I got out of the Rover today, and as I was walking away I noticed a tube hanging behind the back passenger wheel. I tried my rear window washer to see if the truck peed, no luck. Any idea what this tube is, where it goes, what it's for, etc?
