Reading OBD2 port with a General motyors reader ?
Hi.
Are Land Rover and General Motors the same connector pins wiring ? Cannot read with my GM reader, shows error.
This not about ABS, just engine reader.
Perhaps have to swap some wiring in the reader to make it work ? Any experiences, please ?

GM uses J1850 or ISO15765 depending on the year. Your D2 uses ISO 9141-2. they are on different pins and are not the same language. The GM reader likely won't work at all on your rover.

It's a "luxury vehicle" thing, GM wouldn't understand.
