Default Rear Axle Breather Tube Mod?

WTF were they thinking? Every time I get into deep water I have to change the real axle Diff fluid due to this very poor design. Are there any kits or mods on the market that fix this? It'd be pretty simple to figure something out but I was just wondering if there's anything ouy there already.

your axle seals are made to keep gear lube in, not water out. you can raise your breather as high as you want but water isn't coming in them
