Yes, I am going to rip you off on S&H, that is where I make my money.

Seriously though, turning on the A/C will remove moisture from the cabin and will help de-fog the windows.
You can add heat to the A/C, turning on the A/C just turns on the compressor and that is what removes the moisture from the cabin.
The A/C compressor does not care what the outside temp is or what temp you have set inside the cabin.
Turn the HVAC to "defrost" and turn on the A/C, add heatand watch the fog disappear.

The defrost button used to activate heat AND the AC unit simultaneously for this purpose. Thought I had a weird electrical problem, I'd fire the defroster and the AC clutch would fire too, and the cabin would get hot. Worked great, had to read the manual to figure that one out. Not sure if rovers do this too.

the AC button in my Trooper costs ALOT LESS than $19.95 though... made in Japan vs UK I guess.

Yeah most cars are that way, but my DI is not nor is my wifes Volvo.
But my Ford FedEx van is.
