rear carpet got wet,..do I have to remove my rear jump seats to get the carpet out?

Default rear carpet got wet,..do I have to remove my rear jump seats to get the carpet out?

2003 SE 7 passenger. I need to pull my rear storage area carpet out,....do I have to remove my folding rear jump seats first?

The carpet tucks under the side cargo panels, so you could remove the rear door threshold, the jump seat plastic plates on the floor, then just pull the carpet out from under the side panels.

You will have to be careful not to rip the carpet as on the passenger side there is already a cut in the carpet that could run. Then you will have to shoe horn the carpet back under the side panels.

Might be easier to remove the jump seats and the side panels, but you could always decide to do that in the re install part if it's difficult.
