Default Rear defrost

Anyone know how effective the rear defrost on a 2000 Discovery II is?
Winter arrived today with a vengence and it was my first time in snow with my Disco.

It took forever (20 minutes) for the rear glass to clear and even then it was not perfect, still had a haze throughout.

What do I need to check?

Default RE: Rear defrost

They are not designed to get real hot real quick or they can shatter the glass.
If you are talking about a haze on the insid of the glass, there is no blower back there to remove the interior moisture.
