Question about my Disco 2000 rear door, opening the thing is so hard, you'd think it is a bank safe, is this usual for these?? Of course it is the hinges, but any suggestions....i noticed around the back hinges there is a little rust where the hinges rotate...any easy or good solutions to make this smoother moving and cleaning up the rust so it looks better..???

 

Clean up the rust and lube the latch, hinges and the striker, that will free up your door.
