Default Rear Radius Arm Bushing Replacement - Where to put jack stands?

Replacing the fronts is so much easier with the axle hanging free. It's so easy to maneuver it around to refit the radius arms. With the rears, is it the same way? The frame back there goes way too high to mount jacks on the frame and thus allow the rear axle to hang freely. Where are you all placing rear jack stands for this job? Or are you just swapping them out with wheels on the ground?

I did mine with the wheels on the ground one side at a time. However I have a 3” lift and 33” tires so plenty of room.

I could always use ramps to achieve the same outcome I suppose. And you didn’t have issues with the axle moving under load that way?

I chocked the wheel on the side that I removed the arm.
