Default Rear right door wont unlock

Is it possible to remove the door trim without it being open?

I assume you mean the door card inside the door? It is possible, but it's difficult, and you're going to feel like you're breaking it. It will be much easier if you buy a set of plastic trim removal tools- basically little plastic crowbars. Remove the two screws from inside the door pull and the small screw from inside the plastic cup that the latch handle sits in. Then reach behind the door card with your trim tool and pull until it comes away from the clips inside and reach in to release the lock. There's a thread here somewhere that explains how to apply a voltage to the super lock mechanism to make it release and allow you to unlock the door normally, if that's your problem.

I am guessing the child lock is activated. You should be able to reach in with a thin screwdriver and move the lever, then the door should open.

Open your other rear door and take a look at the child lock, see if you can reach it with a screwdriver with the door closed.
