I have a 96 disco and there is some rust around the rear skylights, not the sunroof but the other windows. It is bad in some spots where I can stick a philips head screwdriver head through it. I was wondering first how to remove and reinstall the windows and second how to repair it?

 

Go by an auto glass shop, or better yet a body shop and let them do it. Are you going to have a shope fix the rusted areas?
