It's crazy you know - the internet. You can just about find and do anything with it. I'm soooooo glad Al Gore invented the internet....he's my hero!

 

Dusty, Super Sport and Jafir are right, the holes already exist in the chassis and the piston mechanism is integral to step kit and needs no separate fixings.
