Well check out my link above. These I’m looking at are meant for fidelity. The website mostly specializes in home theater and hifi speakers.

Anyone that can chime in on how your sub woofers work on your D2???? are they fairly loud? Do they thump pretty good when the stereo is cranked? (mine don't),...or do they seem to barely be working?? (like mine,...and some others)

Guess what I found on the reviews I didn’t even know about. Someone actually bought two for their discovery already! Positive reviews!

No, you will need to cut/bang/massage the door opening to get them to fit, as well as relocate the amp as there is no mounting hole in the magnets as the factory has. They will fit in the enclosure, very tightly

Those will work since they are slimmer in depth than the original speakers.
I don’t know what you will do with the tweeters tho...

When I noticed the foam had died a few years ago I bought a used sub from a reputable used parts guy from here and the foam surrounds looked absolutely fine when I got them, during and after install. I played about 5 minutes of music after install and the foam had self destructed, I closed rear door played about a song and a half it wasn't even a loud or Basey song opened rear door and all the foam was in rear floor and no longer on subs! (I thought was in the twilight zone there and then GONE) LOL.... Moral of the story if your subs aren't blown replace the foam if its shot. It takes a little time but its not hard. No I'm not talking **** on the seller nor will I name him as they looked just fine when he pulled and sent them. (It was just one of those things I guess)
