Default Rear vibrations

Good day all, I am new to the forum with a 2003 Disco SE7. I was hopeing someone would be able to help me with a question. I am getting a great deal of vibration from what feels like the rear passenger side, at first I thought it was the the tires that I have there, Nitto's (they suck) but it seems to be getting worst. I bought it with 51,000 miles about 2.5 months ago and have put roughly 10,000 miles on it in that time. I was hopeing someone might have an idea what might be the problem, it seems to start around 50mph. Also it seems like I am getting more feedback through the steering wheel when I go over bumps then I did earler.

any ideas?
