Default Steering wheel vibrations

Hi,

I just noticed there are some vibrations in my steering wheel at about 50mph. I'm wondering if this is just a matter of balancing the wheels, or possibly the steering system damper (stabilizer?) needs to be replaced. Or something else?
Anybody has similar problems?
The truck is 03 D2 with about 50,000 miles on it.

Thanks,
Adrian

Balance and rotate your tires.

It will also be a warn out stabilizer and possibily be your front drive shaft starting to fail, which is very common and expensive if not caught in time. Crawl under your truck, look at the double cardon housing that attaches to the t/case, look and see if you have grease fittings on the 2 u-joints inside that housing, if you don't, get it rebuilt ASAP cause when it lets go it can take the tranny with it, around $7000 for starters.
