Default Rebuilt Heads 3.9 still losing coolant

Ok ripped apart the 3.9 I pulled outta my 95 disco and pulled off the intake and then pulled off passenger side head, then driver's side head

As I was pulling off the driver's side head a ton of coolant comes pouring out ... (this motor has been tipped over, and tons of stuff to drain out all fluid. So i'm guessing it was stuck in a cylinder.

Noticed the intake ports on the cylinder head had antifreeze 'gel' on the walls ...

Noticed the same intake port on the lower intake plenum has this same 'green gel'

Does this mean somewhere my intake is cracked and not my block ?

Appreciate the response.

Most likely a cracked head. Take it to a shop and have it tested.

If you remember my past posts you commented on ...

I had the heads completely rebuilt, magnafluxed, pressure tested and valves grinded ... new gaskets (composite) and stretch bolts ..

Any other suggestions ?

Sounds like you've found a smoking gun. If you're certain that the residue is anti-freeze and not something like the oil from an oiled air filter element, or anything else in the intake air stream, then it would seem logical to conclude that coolant was leaking from either the manifold itself or the valley pan gasket. Does the intake manifold show any signs of coolant leakage?

Yes there is the same coolant 'gel' on the 'matching' intake port that was bolted to the head ...

same port in both were covered in anti-freeze 'gel' im trying to say.
