I can't find a true DISCO II replacement for the Positive Battery Cable. Seems like rigging one up can be done but less than ideal.

Can anyone share how they have replaced the positive battery cable?
I am having starting issues (ticks does not start). Wiggling the wire gets it to start, so am thinking i have a break in core somewhere.

If you feel you have a bad cable, buy a used one from one of the many Disco's being parted out, other wise you will have to go to the dealer.

 

Thanks Mike. Do you know if the cable on a 99' or an '02 would be the same as my '01? I am heading to someone's house tomorrow who is parting these out.
