Im having a problem with my driver side and passenger side windows slipping. Is it possible to fix existing regulators or would it be easier to replace them? 01 disco se7

i had seen a write up somewhere on repairing window regulators but i dont remember where... depending on the type of damage or wear it may be easier to replace the regulator entirely... just depends on the situation i suppose...
