Remove door dings?

Remove door dings?
So I tried using a heat gun and cold air but it didn't do a thing. Any other DIY tips for ding removal short of removing the interior panel and push them out?

Have you tried the small locking suction cups that you can get at harbor freight?

They have a set that starts about 4 inches and go down to about an inch and a half pretty handy
