Default Removed Spark Plug, Coolant in Cylinder Head

I just changed the spark plugs and when I had them out I could see coolant in the cylinder head...

can anyone shed some light on what this could mean?

I've also been getting misfire codes.

Sorry my friend but there isn't great news in your future.
You have some very intensive engine work in your future.. Could be as simple as a headgasket. Could be as bad as a cracked block.

Unfortunately, gazing into my crystal ball, I can see $$$$, greasy hands, lots of dirty work and some HG's. Sad but true

In my prolonged absence, did I miss something significant

or is this going to be another one of those 6 month theory things that we encountered so many times before..

well if it 1,2 7 or 8 there are next to a coolant passages possible head gasket.
cylinders 3,4,5 & 6 are not near coolant more likely to be a sleeze.
