Default Removing front output seal

Hey guys I need quick help. I am literally under my truck typing this. I have the flange off but cannot get the seal out. Any help or pointers? Thanks!

It's pressed in. You'll need a slide hammer with the hook adapter. There was a thread about how to remove the seal on here not to long ago. Run a quick search to see how it was removed.

I tried to search, but was looking for quick resolution. I finally pried it out, got the new flange on and new shaft. Taking a break before I refill the t-case and see if my leaks and vibrations are gone.

Did you replace the bearing and seal? Or just the seal?

I see AB sells the flange kit with the seal. Does the flange kit include the bearing as one unit?

Did not replace the bearing, just the seal and flange.

The AB kit is what I used. Comes with seal, flange, lock nut, felt washer and metal washer. The bearing looked okay but I wish I had ordered on while I was in there.
