Well, my torque wrench doesn't go to 200 so I used the "roughly 100lbs @ 24 inches" math with a breaker bar. Gave it an extra bounce or three for good measure.

This is by far the safest and easiest method for locking cranks position, while oil pan is on. It locks crank in place securely and safely, no chance of something breaking and causing serious injury. You remove rubber plug below starter, rotate crank until opening appears in flywheel, insert 19mm socket on 6" extention into hole and opening of flywheel, rotate slightly until it binds up...then remove crank bolt.

Plus, you don't have to remove anything off the front of the engine to gain access, everything is done from underneath.
