Default Crankshaft Pulley gone wrong!

Well it happened…the woodruff key disintegrated, mashing up the bottom crankshaft pulley a bit but the crank end looks ok.
So I need to drop the rad get me head in that gap and take the front engine cover off to replace the woodruff key?? I might as well do the timing belt while I’m in there???
I guess [sm=smiley13.gif]
Has anyone here been in there?.. Is there anything I should watch out for?.. ahhhhh help! will someone come and fix it for free in the night?.. Is there any oil gonna come out when I take the cover off.?
Ill hopefully have a Haynes manual Monday night but Tuesday is the day its all got to happen so if anyone can advise on a list of things that ill need that would be aces[sm=hail.gif]
Cheers
Jay
